# zicula-i18n-mgmt-kit — free sample

Three real files from the full kit (20 files), each **trimmed to taste** —
enough to judge the quality, not enough to skip buying:

- `i18n-check-SAMPLE.mjs` — the first ~100 lines of the kit's QA gate
(`scripts/i18n-check.mjs`, 326 lines): the **complete check catalog**
(missing keys, type mismatches, broken `{placeholder}` sets, do-not-translate
glossary violations, empty strings, orphan keys), the full CLI help, exit-code
contract, and the real argument parser + JSON loader. The detection engine
(nested-key traversal, namespace folders, placeholder diffing, glossary
matching, coverage %, `--json` report) is only in the full kit.
- `QA-CHECKLIST-SAMPLE.md` — the "In the diff (2 minutes)" section of the
pre-merge QA checklist, complete, plus 3 of the 10 "in the running app"
checks (language switching, overflow, interpolation). The other 7 — plurals,
RTL, native switcher names, `<html lang>`, metadata, locale-aware sorting —
and the new-locale gate are summarized, not included.
- `REVIEW-WORKFLOW-SAMPLE.md` — the roles table and steps
1–3 of the 8-step CSV review loop, complete (export command included), plus
2 of the 5 manual reviewer checks. Steps 4–8 (import, prove, archive), the
cadence rules and the freelancer escalation path are outlined only.

## What the full kit adds (the other 17 files)

- **`scripts/i18n-sync.mjs`** — `export` JSON → one review spreadsheet,
`import` reviewed cells back (only fills empty keys — never clobbers git),
  `template` stubs a new locale. 361 lines.
- **`ci/i18n-check.yml`** — drop-in GitHub Actions workflow: fails PRs with
incomplete translations, uploads the JSON report as an artifact.
- **`glossary/glossary-template.csv`** — starter do-not-translate glossary.
- **`demo/`** — a working mini-project (en/de/ja with seeded defects) and
`run-demo.sh`: watch the kit catch real defects in 30 seconds.
- **Docs** — `SETUP.md` (unzip → first green check in ~10 min, CI wiring,
  troubleshooting), `CUSTOMIZE.md` (every flag, i18next / next-intl /
vue-i18n notes, monorepo, import semantics), the full `REVIEW-WORKFLOW.md`
  and `QA-CHECKLIST.md`, `MANIFEST.md`, and the single-team commercial
  `LICENSE.txt`.
- **`screenshots/`** — rendered views of the key documents, for a quick
  visual orientation before you read.

## Refund policy

If the kit does not fit how you work, request a full refund within **30 days**
of purchase through the support address on your receipt — no forms, no
interrogation, one refund per purchase.

## Try the demo idea right now

The sample script will not run (by design), but the real one needs nothing but
Node 18+: no npm install, no account, no cloud. Point it at the JSON your
framework already loads — i18next, next-intl, vue-i18n, or hand-rolled files.

One-time purchase **$28** · free updates for v1.x · instant download.
